With a range of hands-on equine activities that do not involve riding, our program is suited to people with limited horse experience. Even those who are afraid of horse can take part!
Our experienced professionals will work with your team to explore interactions with horses and with each other. Participants learn about themselves and others by being involved with the horses. This helps individuals manage change, become more aware of barriers we put up and how this affects the team.
TEAMWORK FOCUS
The focus is on equine interactions with members of your team. Horses naturally work as a team and will quickly show you where weaknesses lie in your group. Horses will give clear feedback to humans through mirroring and reacting to their behaviours such as body language and communication tone. Likewise, they are quick to respond when the team works in a unified manner. Team members engage with horses to develop an understanding of what is working and what is not. What is learnt from the horses can be applied back into the workplace, inspiring an energised and engaged team.
